3. Consultation Process

Free Consultation: Initial design consultation is provided at no cost and includes preliminary assessment and concept proposal.

Site Visits: Detailed measurements and structural assessments may require a site visit. Travel fees may apply for locations outside standard service areas.

Design Proposals: Custom designs are property of StairVault Solutions until payment is received in full.

4. Orders and Quotes

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date. Prices may change based on material costs or design modifications.

Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit payment.

Deposits: A 40% deposit is required to begin manufacturing. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

Final Payment: Balance is due upon completion of installation.

Timeline: Standard production time is 4-8 weeks from deposit receipt. Custom projects may require additional time.

Installation: Professional installation is included in quoted prices for Netherlands locations. Customer must ensure safe access to work area.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including material shortages, weather conditions, or access restrictions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate measurements and structural information about your property
• Obtain necessary building permits if required by local regulations
• Ensure clear access to installation area on scheduled dates
• Remove fragile items and protect belongings during installation
• Notify us immediately of any concerns during installation process

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Product Warranty: 5-year warranty on structural components and manufacturing defects.

Installation Warranty: 2-year warranty on installation workmanship.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

8. Liability Limitations

StairVault Solutions liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Pre-existing structural issues in your property
• Damage to belongings not properly protected by customer
• Delays in project completion beyond our reasonable control

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical specifications remain the intellectual property of StairVault Solutions. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use designs for other purposes without written permission.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Existing orders will be fulfilled according to original agreements.

1. Overview

StairVault Solutions is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our custom storage solutions.

2. Consultation Services

Free Consultations: Initial design consultations are provided free of charge with no refund necessary.

Paid Design Services: If you purchase detailed architectural plans separately, refunds are available within 7 days if no site visit has occurred and no custom designs have been created.

3. Custom Orders - Before Manufacturing

Cancellation Period: Orders may be cancelled with full refund (minus 5% administrative fee) within 48 hours of order confirmation.

After 48 Hours: Once manufacturing preparations begin, the 40% deposit becomes non-refundable. Remaining payments are not yet due and no refund is necessary.

4. Custom Orders - During Manufacturing

Once production begins:

• Deposits are non-refundable as materials have been purchased and customized
• If you cancel, you may be liable for costs already incurred up to 70% of total order value
• Partial refunds may be considered on case-by-case basis depending on production stage

5. Post-Installation Refunds

Quality Issues: If installation does not meet agreed specifications:

• We will first attempt to rectify issues at no additional cost
• If resolution is not possible, partial refund may be issued based on the nature and extent of deficiency
• Claims must be made within 14 days of installation completion

Customer Dissatisfaction: Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind
• Refunds are not available for subjective design preferences after approval of plans
• Products that meet agreed specifications but don't match your expectations are not eligible for refund

If defects covered by warranty cannot be repaired after two attempts:

• Replacement of defective components at no charge
• If replacement is impossible, pro-rated refund based on age of installation
• Full refund only in cases of complete system failure due to manufacturing defects
